Top 5 Cryptocurrency Apps Performance in Turkey, Q3 2023

The third quarter of 2023 saw significant activity in Turkey's cryptocurrency app market, with varied performance across the top five apps. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into these trends.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced notable fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at around 65K in early September. However, weekly active users showed a declining trend, starting from approximately 1.35M in late June and ending at about 1.01M by the end of September.

For BtcTurk | Kripto: BTC|USDT|XRP, weekly downloads were relatively stable, hovering around 11K for most of the quarter, but dipped to around 8.8K in mid-September. Weekly active users also saw a downward trend, from roughly 408K in late June to 353K by the end of September.

Paribu | Bitcoin Alım Satım showed a significant spike in downloads towards the end of September, reaching approximately 20.8K. Active users increased throughout the quarter, starting at 217K in late June and rising to about 292K by the end of September.

Socios.com - Wallet & Tokens had a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 9.9K in mid-August, before a decline to around 5.2K by the end of September. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 127K and 144K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, OKX: Buy Bitcoin BTC & Crypto showed consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 5.5K. Weekly active users remained steady, with minor fluctuations around the 36K to 40K range.
